What it is used for

Fever and pain from a cold, headache, nerve pain, muscle pain, period pain, sprains, toothache, joint pain and rheumatic pain.

이 약은 감기로 인한 발열 및 동통(통증), 두통, 신경통, 근육통, 월경통, 염좌통(삔 통증), 치통, 관절통, 류마티양 동통에 사용합니다.

Adults and children 12 and over: 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 to 4 times a day, every 4 to 6 hours when needed.
Do not take more than 4 g (8 tablets) a day.
Take the lowest dose that works for the shortest time possible.

만 12세 이상 소아 및 성인은 1회 1~2정씩, 1일 3~4회 4~6시간 마다 필요시 복용합니다.

1일 최대 4 g(8정)을 초과하여 복용하지 마십시오.

If you drink 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before you take this medicine or any other medicine for fever and pain. It can damage your liver.
Very rarely, serious skin reactions that can be fatal have been reported, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis. If you get a skin rash or any other sign of an allergic reaction after taking it, stop taking it right away.
Do not take more than the daily maximum of 4,000 mg of paracetamol (acetaminophen). It can damage your liver. Do not take it with any other product that contains paracetamol (acetaminophen).
